Conquering Life Academy Programme Synopsis

Our weekly academy sessions are divided into three separate sections as a useful harmonious format, repeated weekly:

In the first section, we use a mindful relaxation technique to allow trainees to transit easily from an active, everyday state of mind, into a relaxed, calm and receptive frame of mind. The repetitive nature of this weekly exercise will develop calming and grounding skills in trainees, enabling them to withstand external pressures, and persist and move forward in the face of any ensuing difficulty.

This technique can be used in any environment and under any circumstances in order for the trainee to regain composure and be as effective as they can be.

In the second section, we focus on the use of our ‘Windows of Perception’ technique. A technique formulated to effect change in a positive way that ensures the trainee is able to filter any negative belief they hold and question its substance, ascertaining whether real or imagined.

This process strengthens connections and creates new neural pathways, as defined by the latest neuroplasticity research and findings.

It is an engaging weekly exercise designed to meet the criteria and ten core principles demanded by our brain to rewire our neural pathways and create a shift in any/every negative thought, emotion, perspective, belief and behaviour.

In the third section, we deliver our weekly nugget of knowledge and insight.

Here, we teach trainees all about themselves, their bodies, minds, thoughts, emotions, drives, motives and behavioural tendencies.

Self-mastery and self-insight is then followed by a firm understanding of our differences, similarities, rights, character, personality and virtues and much more…

There are currently 110 SESSIONS based on various indispensable topics.

Conquering Life One to One Programme Synopsis

Our One to One Programme is laid over 6 weekly sessions, each 1 hour in duration and formatted as follows:

We will first begin by learning all about self-esteem and confidence, what they mean, where they come from, why we need to have high levels of them and what happens when we don’t.

Once we have learned all of the above, we will learn and master the ‘windows of perception’ technique. A technique formulated to effect change in a positive way that ensures the individual is able to filter any negative belief they hold and question its substance, ascertaining whether real or imagined. This process strengthens connections and creates new neural pathways, as defined by the latest neuroplasticity research and findings.

We also have daily exercises and activities for the duration of the programme for you to complete, as these activities will help you develop:  

•  An internal sense of power and trust in your ability to deal with difficulties in life.
•  Self-awareness and self-acceptance.
•  Raised levels of self-esteem and self-confidence.
•  Lots and lots of happy…             

Your Manual – Conquering Confidence and Self-esteem for Teenagers

Conquering Life Parents Programme Synopsis

Our Parents Programme is laid over 6 weekly sessions, each 1 hour in duration and formatted as follows:

We will first begin by learning all about our psychological foundation and the underlying strengths or weakness that determine our self-esteem and confidence.

We will then begin to understand what self-esteem and confidence mean in our lives, where they come from, why we need to have high levels of them and what happens when we don’t.

Once we have learned all of the above, we will learn and master the ‘windows of perception’ technique. A technique formulated to effect change in a positive way that ensures the individual is able to filter any negative belief they hold and question its substance, ascertaining whether real or imagined. This process strengthens connections and creates new neural pathways, as defined by the latest neuroplasticity research and findings.

We then, delve into effective parenting and begin to learn, apply and master essential communication and parenting skills and strategies.

Finally we have daily exercises and activities for 2 weeks for you to complete, as these activities will help you develop:  

•  An internal sense of power and trust in your ability to deal with difficulties in life.
•  Self-awareness and self-acceptance.
•  Raised levels of self-esteem and self-confidence.
